1.How to purchase tickets

①Choose the ticket of the date you want to visit by clicking on the banner with the date.



②Choose the quantity on the next page and tap the ‘checkout’ button to go to the next step.

※If you are not logged in to SAN-EI Ticket Service, the login page will appear.
After logging in, you can proceed to purchase.



③Enter billing address and payment detailis.




④Purchase completed!

Upon completion of your order procedure,an order confirmation email will be sent automatically to your registered email address.

2.How to use (issue) tickets

①Log in to "My Account (human-shaped icon)" at the top of SAN-EI Ticket Service homepage.




②Tap "View Order Details".On the next page,tap"Open Ticket".

※Those without a smartphone may download a PDF file by clicking on ‘Open Ticket’ on his computer. Enter the show with a printed copy of the PDF.


③Enter visitor details.

※Tickets will be activated after registering the visitor details.







④Open your ticket at the event venue

Your ticket is activated only on the day of the event.
The"Show Ticket"button is greyed out untitl then.


⑤Show your ticket at the entrance and get a stamp indicating the ticket has been used.

3.How to transfer tickets

①Tap the "Transfer" icon on the ticket page.



Tap the "Transfer" button.



③Choose how you would like to transfer your ticket.



④Send the ticket to your friend via either instant messenger (LINE, Messenger or WhatsApp) or e-mail.

Ordering of goods and conclusion of contract
・You shall order the products and services we provide on this website according to the method specified on this website. Once we have sent an order confirmation email to the email address you have registered, the order will be considered confirmed, and no changes or cancellations can be made after the order is confirmed.
・If your order does not reach our servers due to an internet failure or for any other reason, your order will not be confirmed.
・The sales contract between you and us shall become effective upon completion of payment.

* Digital tickets cannot be used on any other mobile phones than smartphones such as feature phone or dumbphone.
